This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully log in to the MeetingFull application, configure your profile settings, and connect Zoom. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Go to app.meetingfull.com
1. Navigate to app.meetingfull.com. Tap “Sign in with Google”

2. Enter your email and tap “Next”

3. Fill in your password and tap “Next”
Enter your password in the password field.

4. Accept all of the permission scopes

5. Tap “Continue”

6. Your primary timezone is synched from your Google calendar. You can also add a secondary time zone view for your calendar.

7. Tap on your avatar to change it
We automatically import your Google avatar

8. Set your default Meeting notification preferences
Notifications can be In-app of email reminders. Add as many as you’d like.

9. Set your default Action Item Due Time.
This is will set the Due Time for Action Items that are assigned to you.

11. Choose whether you want Reminders for Action Items that have a Due Date without a Due Time
If an Action Item does not have a Due time it is set as an “All Day” Action item.

12. Integrate your Zoom account
Click on the “Connect Zoom” button.

13. Set your Working Hours so that your colleagues know when you are available

14. Set you Default Meeting Length

15. Save you Profile
Click on the “Save profile” button.
